Everybody:

   - Look at all pages in your section to make sure there's the word
     Starmen.Net: before the name of your section.  Please make sure the
     N in Net is capitalized!
   - If your section uses an upload form or an e-mail form, YOU NEED TO
     MAKE THE PAGE GO TO http://www.starmen.net/submit/sent.shtml!  Right
     now it probably goes to http://www.starmen.net/sentmail.shtml, but
     that page won't exist in a few days.  So go change that now!  Xod,
     I'm looking at you especially...
     
Jeb2:

   - I made a better flukes sidebar.  Edit all html in your section
     to use it just like the main page does.
   - I renamed that upload page to submit.shtml.  Go edit stuff on it
     to have flukes instructions instead of whatever it has now.
   - In the fluke FAQ, take out that bit about the fluke conversion
     service and talk about how to get their bmps converted or whatever
     you guys posted about a while ago.
   - Maybe rewrite the FAQ to look better (one box per question maybe?)
   - Start do a fluke of the week thing if you can think of a good way to
     do it
   - Doesn't it seem weird that under Info is the submit page?  What should
     I put the submit page under?

EBA:

   - Update with more BOEB
   - In the first box on the front page you called it Starmen.net, capitalize
     that N and put Starmen.Net: in the title tag too
   - I'll make a custom sidebar for you later, decide what you want on it
   - Do we even need that meeting logs section anymore?  I'd like to start having real
     meetings again, I'll try talking to reid and others about that first.  What do
     you think?
   - Just update more stuff fool, I know there's stuff you can update with if you try

LousySpy:

   - I'm starting to wonder if you can handle both game sections.  I'd like to start
     having big walkthroughs for each game written, and you won't have time to do both,
     plus run each section, so please decide if you can handle running both.
   - Even if people don't send you stuff to update with, go get content yourself.
     Go get screenshots, go get some sounds, go get sprite pics, go find game reviews,
     go post that NSF from Zophar.Net, go get that .SPC pack from sKaNkPiT, just go
     do something!
   - It's not necessary to have the time of the update when you list recent updates
     in the mother 1 and 2 main pages
   - Start incorporating the fan music stuff into the mother 1 and 2 sections
   - Also, I've decided that we should try to keep theories alive, so if you don't want
     to run them, you might want to consider giving up your mother 2 job.

Skulryk:

   - Do that cancellation special we were talking about, in it, explain why it was
     cancelled, when, etc.
   - Also do a special that describes the birth of EB64, all the stuff that happened,
     and that it was eventually cancelled.  Should be kind of long, try to be detailed
     if you can.  I know a lot of the details that a lot of others might not so I can
     fill some spots in for you if you want.
   - Generate a big list of fan thoughts to use for the next few months.
   - I'd like it if you could update your main page like how the mother 1 and 2 sections
     are, with all the recent updates in one box, and the date before each one.

Poo:

   - Remember, update with stuff AS YOU GET STUFF.
   - Redo the fan art section like I described earlier.  By author, one letter per page,
     gallery style.  There are some really big pics tho (400 KB+), and in those cases,
     please make small versions of those to use in the galleries.

Rune:

   - Please redo the fanfics section, by author, similar to flukes, how it does A - D
     on one page.  I think you're in the process of doing that, but I'm just making sure.
   - Just to let you know, you were a bit high on my to-fire list, so please try to do
     stuff to attract more attention to your section.  Making it nicer and making a bigger
     deal about fanfics and less about your anime friends can help.
   - On your recent updates list, use <LI>blahblah</LI> for each fanfic link rather than
     all in one big paragraph like you do now
   - Write guidelines!

Falcon24:

   - Start converting those articles!  I've reset the article CGI for you.  You said it'd
     take a week and I'm counting on a week.
   - Start trying to figure out how to run a Staff Article Week.

diospadre:

   - What's the deal?!  You can't update the mailbag very often I guess.  Come on, that's
     one of the coolest parts of the sites, I updated the mailbag before I did anything
     else when I was webmaster.
   - The site info section is soooo ugly, go make the 2nd column bigger in the staff
     and admin/mod boxes.
   - The VRML section in Fun Stuff needs major work.
   - Boo.

Luna:

   - Sorry, but I have to find a new EASY Trivia person.

Plo:

   - Make good on your promise and update...

Yourmamasmama:

   - First, you need to put the current AOE entries on the front page of the aoe section.
     You made a mistake in putting it somewhere else.
   - Maybe try to make the front page of that aoe section shorter.  It makes things seem
     so complicated.
   - Update AS YOU GET SUBMISSIONS.  Even if it's one, update with it!
   - Since the section is barely hanging on, put a link to each entry when you post on
     the starmen.net front page.  That might convince people to try making their own
     things.
   - As for the funfest, try to think up ways to get more people to do stuff.  Again,
     the front page of the funfest section is far too long and complicated-looking.
     Simplify.
   - Put a <P> before the text that comes right after the logo.
   - .doc files suck bad.  Don't accept them from now on.  Make the proper notifications
     about this and convert any current .doc files that have already been submitted.

Icefusion:

   - Update every Sunday from now on.  Do it.  I'm not kidding.
   - The polls on the left sidebar are insanely ugly.  Fix that.
   - The polls on the polls page are ugly too.  Make sure to put a <P> before the first
     line of text, and make sure those selection boxes and their names are aligned.
   - Take off the dates of each poll in the poll archive and use <LI>poll link</LI>.

Cyan683:

   - I agree with just about everybody else, your attitude stinks.  When you update,
     please do it pleasantly.  People won't submit links to a guy who's seems so depressed
     and evil-like.
   - Use <LI>link</LI> when you do updates on the front page.
   - Get diospadre to give you the links@starmen.net and updatedsites@starmen.net e-mail
     aliases.  Tell people to mail to those addresses instead of your cyan683@starmen.net
     address.
   - Also, if somebody can't help you with HTML, don't just pout and say that you can't
     do anything because of so-and-so.  Go to an HTML-learning site if you want to learn
     about HTML.  Blaming others unfairly won't get things done any faster.

Xod:
   - Do that stuff I said above, about the redirection pages.
   - Unlink the polls and ebfgp directories, since ice doesn't run the ebfgp anymore.
     Just give him ftp access to the polls directory.
   - Make the upload scripts (both the general one and the flukes one) not accept .bmp
     files.

reidman:

   - Get those 2 sidebar buttons I wanted: Holiday Funfest, and EB No Matsuri
   - Change the funfest logo to say Holiday Funfest not Winter Funfest

Announcements:

  - reid and I decided that we've had enough of staffers slacking off.  In the past
    we didn't really do anything to the staffers out of respect for them, but we
    recently decided that to keep the site alive and make it better, we have to go
    past that and get staffers who will update their sections.  Sorry if you turn
    out to be one of the ones fired.  You always have next time.

  - I'm putting Aquas in as the new merchandise guy, hopefully it'll not suck as
    bad.  Yeah, that means Umi doesn't have a job.

  - Frodis decided he didn't really like running Poems/Songs and just wants to
    be a mod, so that section is empty.  I'll be finding a replacement soon I hope.

  - reid and I know the newsletter section is dead, so to fix that, we're gonna scrap
    everything and start over.  We think we know who can be a good newsletter guy,
    but we haven't decided officially yet.  It'd be good to see newsletters alive again,
    huh?

  - If you're on the staff, or were on the staff, e-mail reid about getting a mug.

  - Speaking of mugs, reid accidentally used copyrighted images, so I think we should
    only give out these mugs as prizes.  If we sell them, there are a lot of people
    who decide to tell Nintendo.  And this isn't joking, they could shut us down, or
    even take us to court if they wanted.

  - If you haven't been updating lately (like the past week), you're in danger of
    being fired.  If you want to keep your job, try talking to me first.

  - Yesterday Buzz came to my house and gave my grandmother a foosball set, probably
    150-200 dollars worth.  What she can do with it I don't know.  I'm gonna give it
    to Loco-san to give to orphans though, cuz he works at Domino's Pizza and they're
    running a program to give orphans presents.  Except they haven't received any
    presents yet.  Actually I don't know if they're orphans or not but you get the idea.
