Never got to say farewell to AoE or Colin or to thank them for their work. AoE I'm sure will be back before too long, and Colin is still around, just not on staff. The meeting went great; it was an hour long, and at one point we had 114 people in there. Thats almost a record; the biggest meeting we ever had, if I remember correctly, was 121. Hopefully we'll see everyone+more back at the next meeting, which will be at the same time/place. If you missed this last meeting, check out the agenda/discussion/meeting log topic. You can also check out the topic for next week's meeting and suggest things you would like to hear about or discuss; of special interest is how I can make these meetings helpful for you guys. While it may seem like it, I really don't take much interest in hearing myself talk, so I'd like to find some easy/sane way to get you guys involved in the meetings more. If you've got ideas, we want to hear them. |

Hey folks, I've got a huge update in the works, but its going to take me some more time to finish, so I need to stop putting this off. Two separate announcements, both important: Sitewide Meeting There is a meeting this Sunday (and every Sunday from now on) at the following time (by time zones):
Staff/Dev Team/Resubmitters: We're going to have a big meeting immediately following the site meeting. The meeting will be held in the staff channel, #smnet. If you need access, email me.  Final Enemy by Gonmon FOTW has FINALLY been updated (or at least front page posted, it was updated a while ago). This is an awesome piece of work by Logan B. aka Kickbutticus Inarticus. If you have not see his gallery, then you have been living in a back alley in moonside. Speaking of art, NessKid gave me this SWEET SMDX screened shirt. It is FLIPPIN' Fantastic. It is..... AWESOME! There are a lot of Complete items this week. But what makes an auction Complete? Here is an example: EarthBound is considered Complete when it comes with the Cart, Player's Guide, Box, AND ALL of the inserts. The reason its Complete, is because it came with everything as if you bought it new. Most sellers will claim what they are selling is Complete, but if you read the description the inserts, even box, are often missing. This kind of thing only really matters to someone that is either a collector, or wants to get everything for their dollar. Auctions come with everything listed here. Winner pays $5 S&H. MO Only.
