 Well, whaddaya know, a new incentive for a whole bunch of people to enter Fan Melee and generate loads more work for me! Now, as the new staffer, I'm going to try and spruce up that cobweb infested section, add a little pizazz as it were. Most notably, I have some fairly large plans for the Flash Section, as you have probably already guessed. Ever wanted to learn how to make a pretty movie, or submit one that you've already made, so everyone can stare at it and bask in its glow? Well, your dreams have come true. I do want to say a few things. First off, a new Spotlight has been chosen, so don't send me anything, except for the sake, keep that coming. Another thing is, is that people are now getting confused on how the frequently updated icon ( ) works and are emailing me questions about it. To clear things up, I am going to start that up again. What you have to do, is update, with reasonable content, for a certain amount of days. I have not desided how many times a week or month or whatever. When you do, the icon appears next to your site's name on the updated sites list.Another thing is to make sure you send both your site name and URL each time you update. Not only is it eaiser on me updation wise, but it also makes it eaiser to count how many times you have updated. Today's Updated Sites:

Well, I was going to update Monday afternoon, but I got sidetracked, and then one thing led to another, and a busy evening combined with an equally busy Tuesday to thwart my productivity. I've updated Fan Melee again. There were a lot of winners this time, owing to an unfortunate mistake by myself; namely, putting Jigglypuff in the fight. That's about it for now, but I'll be updating with a revised version of Heero0m's Secrets Guide whenever he sends it to me again. |

I updated the Starmen.Net Convention 2001 with a new chapter concerning the Virtual Grind, mugz0rz, cheesesteaks, and THE ZONE, which will be revealed in its full glory in the next chapter. I probably won't be updating again til around Friday, or maybe Thursday night. Have a few exams coming up, and on top of that, after getting 6 inches of snow at Purdue, who wants to study?  Next weekend, I'm in Edgar Lee Masters' Spoon River Anthology, playing the parts of Hamilton Greene, Searcy Foote, and Dippold the Optician; the weekend after that, I'll probably be gone camping. But if I receive some submissions in time, I may be able to pull off an update in the 90 seconds or so I'll have free.P.S.: My mom is insane with joy that the Canadian men just won the gold medal for hockey.
