I once had a stone
A stone of sounds
When put to my head
I could collect my thoughts

With that stone
I traveled the world
I collected melodies
Then I put it to my head

For a brief moment
Or maybe two or three
I could think so clearly
Without restraint

Alas, enlightenment fleeting
Soon I put the stone aside
Much to my disappointment
It shattered that day...

Every now and then
I find that my mind
Is a buzz with too many things
I find that I need to recollect

It's those days
That I miss it the most
Wish I could hold it again
Hold the Sound Stone

I'm not overly wishful
I know what's gone is gone
And never to return
And I'm not helpless

Yet it's tempting
Life gets stressful
Sometimes It's too much
Sometimes I can't take it

It's these times
When I sit down
Try to relax
And sing a certain song
Even if the stone is gone�
