The first one was so near to home,
I never realized how far away I'd go from there,
yet I never knew I could feel so alone

The second one was further away,
through a dark and blackened cave I tread,
but still I pressed onward with increasing dread

The third I would have never guessed,
for milk gushed out from hallowed steps,
deft was the speed at then which we left

The fourth was the most quaint of all,
for a perpetual rain did fall,
but limited to a small circle lull

The fifth was a hill in the middle of urbanity
we crawled through tunnels and miles of filth,
and then we left at a dragging slow shilth

The sixth was a cloud of lavendar light,
hidden in a city beyond the vision blight,
in it we fought with nature itself,
I was lucky to be alive myself

All I can say for the 7th is light,
the thoughts of myself,
a view for all to see,
but the last leg of the journey was an odyssey

The 8th was possibly the most fearsome of all,
the fire raged from from the hells themselves,
caverns and labyrinths lost with the age,
forever adrift in a sea of magma,
to be free from it all was my next goal,
but of course the guardians would never have let me go,
but darkly we won the fight,
but I myself was stuck in blight

Beyond the eigth is where I was,
my own self displayed upon myself,
my layers of soul of being of plight,
stripped before nothing around but light,
the trials I faced was with myself,
not your fight or his fight, but my fight alone,
a drone to myself,
yet somehow a light was ashone,
the feeling of renewal was rushed into me,
and finially it was time to be,
the savior of the world
