EarthBound, possibly the best game of its kind,
It's really awesome, and boggles the mind,
Ness, Paula, Jeff, and Poo,
Who in the world named you?

Meeting weird creatures, and other junk,
This game has alotta funk,
A few so-called kids, out to save the Earth,
From a weirdo named Giygas, but they show it's their turf,

Some fat kid is Ness's neighbor, he's real huge,
He is so weak, he makes Giygas his refuge,
Paula's a girl, with very special powers,
what amazes me, the group does not take showers...

Jeff is a kid genius, he knows alotta stuff,
Poo is trained in Mu, and is pretty tough,
And Ness, oh Ness, I cannot stress,
On how I do not like your quietness,

Ness, Paula, Jeff, Poo,
Characters that entertain you,
Help them in their journey, on your SNES,
And look at the world through the eyes of Ness,

This ends my Ode to Earthbound,
A really cool game,
