There is a legend,
a legend of a statue.
A statue with forces so strong,
powers so might,
they say it controls everything.

Wrong they are, no doubt,
but many wonder:
What is it?
Is it a beautiful princess?
A horrid monster?

Only a few have seen,
and they only told stories.
Some believe it was so horrid,
the body, the head,
they thought it was mutated.

'Grants powers!' some say.
'Destroys Cities' others reply.
There is only one true.
They always seem to ignore it,
but they are ignoring the truth.

Powers beyond imagination,
power beyond control.
Power to shape the world,
or break it.

Wrecking minds,
destroying villages,
this statue was once great.
Not known by any, though.

It had no way of movement.
It brainwashes others to help him,
but he kills them off in the end.
A ruthless killer must stay to his basics.

Inside the statue,
people say that there is a stone,
a dark stone.
It shines brightly, yet it is as dark as a bottemless hole.
It repeats over and over a haunting melody...

They say this is what brainwashes people.
They say this controls people to do it's bidding.
They say many things about it,
and many are right.

One boy had trouble,
the statue must wreak havoc upon him and his friends.
It resembles his worst fear;
his most horrid nightmare.

It was so strong,
it almost killed the boy.
He barely triumphed,
and was glad.

To this day,
no one has seen it.
They believe the destruction in the boy's mind,
and the final blow got rid of him,
for good.
